DRAFT — not legal text yet. Placeholder wording so the site has a Terms page. A lawyer will replace it before launch.

Terms

Mapnod is operated by LOUDFACE - FZCO, Dubai.

What Mapnod does

Mapnod lets a signed-in requester ask one person to share one location. We send that person one text with a link. They choose whether to share, once. Mapnod does not track phones, find lost phones, or look up who owns a number.

Your responsibilities as a requester

• Only ask people who have agreed to get a text from Mapnod about your request.
• Use your real name. Do not pretend to be an organisation, an authority or another person.
• One text per request, with limits on how many requests you can send.
• We may pause an account while we review a report.

Billing

Prices, the intro week and cancellation terms will be stated here before launch.
